We want to help local not-for-profit organisations make valuable community projects happen. Approved organisations can access eligible SWRF products at our cost, with no profit added.
HELPING OUR COMMUNITY
More of the project budget goes into the project.
SWRF's Community Support program is designed for not-for-profit organisations, community groups, sporting clubs, charities and other organisations working on projects that provide a genuine community benefit.
“No profit” means approved products are offered at SWRF's cost price, without our usual profit margin. Every application is reviewed so we can understand the project and confirm what support is possible.

If approved, your written offer will identify the eligible products supplied with no SWRF profit added.
BEFORE YOU REGISTER
What we need to know.
You do not need to have every measurement finalised. Give us enough information to understand the organisation, the project and the community benefit.
- Your organisation's purpose and not-for-profit status
- A clear description of the proposed project
- Who the project will help or benefit
- The SWRF products you expect to need
- Approximate quantities, measurements and timing, if known
- Any other funding, donations or support already arranged

Registration does not guarantee approval, pricing or product availability. SWRF will confirm any approved support and inclusions in writing before products are ordered or supplied.
